1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 70joya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 70joya reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point to verify your age, and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not hold any other active or previously suspended account on the 70joya platform. The Platform operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Any duplicate account discovered will be suspended and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any such person employed by or affiliated with 70joya.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• All information you provide during the registration process, and any subsequent updates to your account details, is accurate, current, and complete. You accept an ongoing obligation to keep your account information up to date.

70joya reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason and to request additional verification documentation at any time in accordance with applicable know-your-customer (KYC) obligations.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. Specifically:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. 70joya accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify the 70joya support team immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, that an unauthorised person has accessed your account, or that there has been any suspicious activity on your account.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or play games, and you may not use another person's account to place bets or play games on this platform.
• 70joya will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request purportedly from 70joya, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on 70joya are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied at the platform level.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by 70joya at the platform level, although individual payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own daily transaction limits.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Withdrawal processing time: 70joya targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for withdrawals submitted during support hours (8AM–12AM BST). Withdrawals submitted outside support hours will be processed at the start of the next available support window. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.
• Verification before first withdrawal: Before processing any withdrawal for the first time, 70joya requires successful completion of identity verification (KYC). This includes, but may not be limited to, providing a clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and confirmation of the payment account you intend to use for withdrawals.
• No platform transaction fees: 70joya does not charge platform-level transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Individual payment providers may charge their standard transfer service fees, which are outside 70joya's control.
• Funds held in account: Player account balances are held separately from 70joya's operational funds. Balances in your account are available for wagering or withdrawal at any time subject to these Terms and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Inactive accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 70joya will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any administrative fee or balance forfeiture is applied to an inactive account, in accordance with applicable regulations.

70joya reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the platform may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 70joya offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all Bonuses unless the specific promotional terms for a given offer state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have a fully verified account in good standing.
• All Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any funds derived from the Bonus (or winnings generated from Bonus funds) may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each Bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of the offer.
• Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses must be used within 7 calendar days of being credited to your account. Unused Bonus funds will expire after this period without replacement or compensation.
• Only one Bonus may be active at a time. You may not stack or combine multiple active Bonuses unless the specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Free bets and free spins credited as Bonuses have no cash value. Only net winnings generated from free bets and free spins (after the stake equivalent is deducted) are credited to your real-money balance, subject to any applicable wagering requirements.
• 70joya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time, and to reclaim Bonus funds from a player's account if it determines that the Bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion's conditions.
• Abuse of Bonuses — including but not limited to coordinated play with other accounts, arbitrage betting, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all outstanding balances.

5. Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Integrity

70joya operates a range of casino games and sports betting markets. The following rules apply across all products available on the platform:

• Game rules: Each individual game or betting market is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or the relevant sportsbook market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules will prevail with respect to that game's operation. These Terms prevail in all other respects.
• Bet acceptance: A bet or wager is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification within your account. Bets that have not received a confirmation message have not been accepted. 70joya accepts no liability for bets that were not confirmed due to network interruption, browser error, or any other technical issue on your device.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction, human error in odds or game settings, or any technical failure that causes a game to produce an incorrect result or offer incorrect odds, 70joya reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings paid in error remain the property of 70joya and must be returned upon demand.
• Match-fixing and integrity: Any attempt to benefit from information relating to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting integrity violation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Prohibited strategies: The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other system designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited. 70joya employs monitoring systems to detect such activity and will take immediate action against any account found to be in breach of this clause.
• Betting limits: 70joya may apply individual, daily, weekly, or event-specific betting limits. These limits may be applied to individual accounts at the platform's discretion and will be communicated to the relevant account holder where practicable.

6. Responsible Gaming

70joya is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players manage their gambling behaviour. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all accounts:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to increase a previously set limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase becomes effective.
• Session time limits: You may set a maximum session duration for your gaming activity. Once the session limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out of your account.
• Cool-off period: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, your account is suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers. The cool-off period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from the platform at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, you will be excluded from all promotional communications from 70joya.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

70joya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void any outstanding balances or winnings, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable time following a request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotional offers, or the referral programme.
• Chargeback initiated against a deposit made to 70joya.
• Suspected use of automated betting tools, bots, or scripts.
• Any action that, in 70joya's reasonable opinion, is detrimental to the integrity or reputation of the platform.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting the support team. On closure of an account in good standing, any remaining verified balance will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method after all applicable checks have been completed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 70joya platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the property of 70joya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or in any way exploit any content from the 70joya platform without prior written consent from 70joya. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 70joya arising from your use of the Services, the following procedure applies:

• Step 3 — Escalation: Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the above process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and 70joya regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: 70joya's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any subsequent occasion.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any other person without 70joya's prior written consent. 70joya may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you.
• Language: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
